About Me
I’m Joshua A. Kelly, Born 27/07/1990, and currently studying for an MChem at Bangor University.
This is me (and as many people seem to note, my right nipple) stood by Kalagala Falls in Uganda
My main passion in life is food, I’m good at making it, and eating it, and disliking examples of it that fail to meet my high standards.
Coming a close second is Whitewater Canoing, My heart lies with OC1, that perculiar dicipline which involves paddling a boat that has space for at least half my weight again in water to fall into it whilst remaining paddleable. I’m currently paddling a C1 (a bit like the above, only less wet due to addition of that most unmanly item of paddling equipment the spraydeck, mainly because its easier and is helping me to improve my OC freestyle paddling to the point where I can go to GB selection and get a team place for OC1 by being good at it (rather than as TeaBoyTom put it in CKUK, “paying your money and paddling around a bit”).
My third interest is Air, I have a significant interest in it but would rather do some canoing.
There’s also other stuff about me, that I’m not publishing, due to banality and its irrelivence to this (paddling) blog.
